Widely regarded as and proved to be an antisemitic hoax and forgery, it is nonetheless a famous and controversial text, purporting to detail a Jewish plot for global domination. It was used by various individuals and groups in the past, including Hitler, to fuel hatred towards the Jews, and many have lost their lives because of it. It is an important document in the history of anti-Semitism, and has been used as required reading in many university anti-Semitism courses.
Condition: Fair to Good. Browning on the edges and spine of boards with a soiling mark lightly visible on front board. Cloth covering the boards are lightly worn on the edges and corners. Top and bottom edges of spine are worn with a bit of fraying. Front hinge is split with only a length of netting visible. Back hinge has a split at the head and foot, with rest of the hinge slightly split and showing netting. Pages are still intact. Foxing and tanning on text block edges.
